So Sandy — Facebook Data Deletion Instructions

Below are two ready-to-use versions. Pick based on where you're publishing:

  • Version A (English) — for the legal/privacy page Meta requires you to submit when verifying your Facebook App
  • Version B (Arabic) — for Egyptian customers if you want a localized version on the site

VERSION A — English (Recommended for Meta App Verification)

So Sandy does not store your Facebook personal data on its servers.

However, in accordance with Facebook Platform Policy, we are required to provide a User Data Deletion Callback URL or Data Deletion Instructions URL.k

If you would like to remove your data associated with the So Sandy app from your Facebook account, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to your Facebook account's Settings & Privacy → click Settings.
  2. In the left menu, locate Apps and Websites. You will see the full list of apps and websites connected to your Facebook account.
  3. Search for Chat So Sandy in the search bar.
  4. Select Chat So Sandy, then scroll down and click Remove.
  5. Your app activities and associated data linked to So Sandy via Facebook will now be removed.

Alternative Method — Request Full Data Deletion from So Sandy

Users have the right to request the deletion of any personal data collected by So Sandy. To submit a request, use one of the following channels:

  • Email: Send a request to info@sosandy.com with the subject line: "Data Deletion Request". Please include:
    • Full name
    • Registered email address or phone number
    • Brief description of the request
  • In-App / Website Request: Log in to your account, go to Account Settings → Privacy & Data, and select "Request Data Deletion".

We will respond to all verified requests within 30 days, in accordance with applicable data protection regulations.

Some data may be retained where required by law or for legitimate business purposes, including:

  • Order history and tax compliance
  • Fraud prevention
  • Dispute resolution
  • Regulatory record-keeping obligations under Egyptian / KSA law

So Sandy لا تحتفظ ببياناتك الشخصية على سيرفراتها.

ومع ذلك، وفقاً لسياسة منصة فيسبوك، يجب علينا توفير رابط لإرشادات حذف البيانات.

لو حابب تحذف بياناتك المرتبطة بتطبيق So Sandy من حساب الفيسبوك بتاعك، اتبع الخطوات دي:

  1. ادخل على Settings & Privacy في حساب الفيسبوك → اضغط Settings.
  2. من القائمة، دور على Apps and Websites — هتلاقي قائمة بكل التطبيقات والمواقع المرتبطة بحسابك.
  3. ابحث عن So Sandy في شريط البحث.
  4. اضغط على So Sandy، انزل تحت، واضغط Remove.
  5. تم حذف نشاط التطبيق وبياناتك المرتبطة بـ So Sandy عبر فيسبوك.

طريقة بديلة — طلب حذف كامل لبياناتك من So Sandy

من حقك تطلب حذف أي بيانات شخصية جمعناها. تقدر تقدم طلبك من خلال:

  • البريد الإلكتروني: ابعت طلبك على privacy@sosandy.com بعنوان "Data Deletion Request"، واكتب:
    • الاسم الكامل
    • الإيميل أو رقم الموبايل المسجل
    • وصف مختصر للطلب
  • من خلال الموقع: ادخل على حسابك في So Sandy → Account Settings → Privacy & Data → اضغط "Request Data Deletion".

هنرد على كل الطلبات الموثقة خلال 30 يوم، بما يتوافق مع لوائح حماية البيانات المعمول بها.

بعض البيانات ممكن نحتفظ بيها لو القانون يفرض ذلك، أو لأسباب تشغيلية مشروعة زي:

  • سجلات الأوردرات والامتثال الضريبي
  • منع الاحتيال
  • حل النزاعات
  • متطلبات الاحتفاظ بالسجلات وفقاً للقوانين المصرية / السعودية
