  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location:

    • Local orders (within Egypt): 2–5 business days

Wrong Address Disclaimer

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct.

  • We are not liable for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • So Sandy is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
